Loan Analyst

What youll be doing:

• Review loan files to ensure the documentation provided meets our Lenders requirements
• Precisely edit loan information to reflect updates and verified information
• Review completed loan files for accuracy and compliance
• Provide clear concise comments regarding the status of loan files
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers regarding status requests missing information and explanations of required documentation
• Identify and escalate challenging customer accounts for additional review and assistance
• Work diligently and be adaptable to change in a fast pace work environment to ensure department productivity and quality standards are met and exceeded
• Ability to work independently while engaging in a team environment
• Ability to work in office as required by the business

Background & Skills:

• Prior loan processing and verification experience such as auto mortgage or student loan experience is a plus
• Bachelors Degree is great but not required
• Great work ethic and attention to detail; persistence; strong organizational skills
• Team player; works well within a team to achieve individual objectives and broader objectives
• Ability to work independently while engaging in a team environment
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in current role and must not be on any corrective action plans

We offer a hybrid work setup that blends the flexibility of remote work with the connection of in-office collaboration. This role starts with a structured schedule that includes both on-site and remote training plus guided nesting periods to support your development as you ramp up. As part of our dynamic work environment in-office time may be required based on business priorities and individual performance.
