Job Summary
At KeyBank we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Change Delivery Leadwith a strong background in project and change management. The Change Delivery Leadthrives in a fast-paced digital-first environment and can work independently while partnering across product marketing technology and servicing teams to drive successful change initiatives. Champion transformative change by leading the adoption of innovative products cultural evolution and streamlined processes. Ensuring seamless transitions that enhance both employee engagement and client satisfaction by implementing structured change management strategies fostering clear communication and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Experience
Required
- Minimum 2 years experience hands-on experience with change management and/or project execution.
- Exposure to commercial digital onboarding servicing or product management/ development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration during change initiatives by aligning stakeholders analyzing and interpreting impacts on teams and developing comprehensive change plans that enhance adoption and minimize disruption.
- Experience operating in a data-driven environment through insights and metrics to improve efficiency.
- Intermediate exposure with Agile i.e involvement in the agile process with an understanding of both strategic objectives and operations execution.
Preferred
- Experience commercializing solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience creating compelling stories and presentations that engage stakeholders and clearly communicate complex ideas.
- Familiarity with user-centered design and user experience principles.
- Certification in change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.

- Change Management- Ability to lead and implement strategic change initiatives through effective project planning stakeholder engagement and practices that drive lasting organizational change.
- Project Management- Strong planning execution and delivery of projects.
- Storytelling & Presentation- Ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Business Acumen- Understanding of commercial banking or related fields.
- Communication & Influence-Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making-Comfort with using data to inform strategies and actions.
- Analytical Thinking- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Digital Product Management- Exposure to onboarding servicing or product development.
- Agile Methodologies- Exposure to Agile and collaborative environments.
Physical Demands
- General office/mobile office environment: Prolonged sitting ability to communicate on the phone or face-to-face in person with teammates and clients
- Frequent use of PC/laptop occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Travel/Driving Requirements
- May need to drive or travel to corporate office locations for leadership meetings

As a result this role may be mobile or home based which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68000 to $80000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
