Project Management of End to End execution of Yokogawa affiliate projects size may vary between 50k$ to 30 M$
Reports to PMO for project governance and independently handle the EPC & end user along with affiliate team.
Responsible for the profitability and change order management of the project.
Responsible for high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities include:-
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Prepare a budget for every WBS and spread it across timeline.
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
- Measure project performance for reporting.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Stakeholder Management:
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all internal stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Review QA of the project with team for compliance.
