About the Role:


Smiligence Software Solutions is looking for a results-driven Inbound Lead Generation Specialist to identify qualify and nurture potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales marketing and business development with a strong ability to convert inbound leads into valuable business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management Handle inbound inquiries from various channels (website social media emails webinars etc.).

Lead Qualification Assess potential clients based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality leads to the sales team.

CRM Handling Track and manage leads using CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce etc.).

Engagement & Follow-ups Maintain effective communication with leads nurture relationships and schedule follow-up calls.

Performance Tracking Monitor conversion rates and improve lead generation strategies.
