Job Description
Marketing Specialist Patient Monitoring & Life Support Southeast Europe
Location: Bucharest Romania
An exciting opportunity is now available to lead our Southeast Europe PMLS marketing function. We are looking for a strong confident and talented PMLS Marketing expert to develop local marketing strategies for Mindray PMLS products to support the increase of Mindray market share.
Critical for us is your rich marketing management experience within an PMLS related medical devices business along with fluency in Romanian and English and if you have Mandarin even better but not a must!
Your responsibilities:
- Clinical demonstration and training to the end users:
Organize regular on-site and online sessions to showcase the proper operation features and benefits of medical devices or software. Provide hands-on training opportunities allowing end users to practice under the guidance of experienced professionals. Conduct post-training assessments to ensure that users have fully grasped the necessary knowledge and skills and offer continuous support and refresher courses as needed.
- Market research
Analyse and forecast the industry development trends and respond to the market with corresponding plans and actions by integrating regional market information.
- Marketing
Develop and take lead in planning implementing regional marketing activities with reasonable costs as to promote the Mindray brand or achieve demands. Able to make presentations for product introduction during workshops / seminars.
- Market strategy
Analyse the current market identify the market trends develop and deploy the regional marketing strategy aligning with business goals.
- KOL Management
Develop KOL networks within region
- Marketing Team Support:
Improve the cohesion between the local team and the headquarters.
- Training System
Establish the regional levelling training covering internal & external audience (e.g. sales force & customers) and ensure product training management and delivery.
- Sales Team Support
Work closely with sales team (Sales manager sales members and Strategic Key Account manager) for project follow up; refine the high-end customer breakthrough list and align the strategy with the distributors; deliver product solution presentations to customers; support tender specs answering and double check etc.
What are we looking for in you
- Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English
- Evidence of comprehensive experience in Patient Monitoring & Life Support related medical devices clinical experience in your history is a strong advantage (but not essential)
- Proven knowledge of Patient Monitoring & Life Support market in Romania and the broader Southeast region products and experience in top player or distributors of top players
- Ideally with a background in a large international business looking to join Mindray at an exciting time to truly showcase your ability and glean significant impact
- Ability to work in Romania without the requirement of company sponsorship
