Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (5 Years Experience)
Location: Pan India
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with over 5 years of experience in developing implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow modules scripting and integration as well as a strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Configure: Build and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Customization: Customize workflows scripts and applications to enhance platform functionality.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Optimization: Optimize ServiceNow performance and improve platform scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues debug applications and ensure smooth system functionality.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards during implementation.
- Upgrades: Handle ServiceNow upgrades testing and migrations with minimal disruption.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for configurations processes and system changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD or CSM.
- Scripting Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript Glide scripting UI Actions and Business Rules.
- Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Process Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with ITSM ITOM or CMDB implementations.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
