Qualification - - civil
Experience- 6 yrs in commercial and high rise building project
Salary- Upto - 3.6 LPA
Location- Mumbai
Job Description
Develop detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6 MS Project or Excel.
Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project milestones.
Allocate manpower materials and equipment efficiently to meet deadlines.
Monitor project progress and update schedules to minimize delays.
Coordinate with site engineers contractors and management to ensure timely execution Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis for project budgeting.
Estimate material labor and equipment costs based on project specifications.
Analyze market rates and prepare cost comparisons for procurement.
Identify cost variations deviations and additional expenses during project execution. Perform detailed quantity take-off (QTO) from architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare Material Reconciliation Statements (MRS) to track material consumption.
Ensure procurement aligns with the project budget and prevents records of project estimates BOQs budget approvals and work progress reports.
Prepare MIS reports cash flow statements and productivity reports for management.
Ensure compliance with contract terms government norms and safety regulations.
