Job Description
1. Education
- B.E./ in Computer Science
2. Experience
- 2 Years of relevant experience with HP Storage solutions (Allerta Storageonce and Scality) and SAN Switches.
- Location : Delhi / Bhubaneswar
3. Skills Required
- Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE/Scality/Brocade and S3/NAS products.
- Knowledge on Replication technology/DR.
- Good Understanding Operating systems and Networking.
- Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks Brocade zoning and Storage Masking.
- Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.
- Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.
- Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware.
- Experience in NAS/S3 Solutions.
- Experience on Virtualization.
- Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
- ITIL Awareness.
4. Preferred Skills
- Any SAN/NAS storage certification.
- Experience in Unix/Linux.
- Exposure on Virtualization.
- Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for various standards like PCI - DSS.
5. Soft Skills
- Must have good troubleshooting skills.
- Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
