Role Overview
Were looking for a Billing Executive who can handle customer calls and manage daily billing sales returns and inventory updates. Basic training will be provided on our software.
What Youll Do
Billing & Sales Entry
- Make sales bills for online orders (Amazon Flipkart website).
- Enter return and exchange details in our inventory software.
Customer Support & Coordination
- Answer customer calls and help with their queries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse stores and courier partners for dispatch and deliveries.
Reporting
- Prepare simple daily and weekly sales and return reports.
Who Were Looking For
HSC or Graduate
6 months to 1 year of work experience
Computer knowledge (Excel MS Office)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and follow-up skills
Salary
12000 to 14000 per month (based on experience)
