Job Summary

We are looking for anexperienced Business Development Manager (International Market)to expand our presence inglobal markets (USA UK Europe Australia etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible foridentifying new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growthin the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Expansion:

  • Identify and explorenew markets clients and business opportunitiesin the international IT sector.
  • Develop and executestrategic business plansto drive sales and expand the companys global footprint.
  • Generate leads throughnetworking cold outreach LinkedIn B2B portals and industry events.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Engage with international clients tounderstand their needs and pitch relevant IT services.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely withcross-functional teams(marketing technical and operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implementsales strategiesto achievemonthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Leadcontract negotiations pricing discussions and proposal development.
  • Monitormarket trends competitor activities and customer feedbackto refine strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with thebidding team sales team and project managersto align strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports forecasts and performance metrics usingCRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experiencein international business development sales or client acquisition in theIT services industry.
  • Strongunderstanding of global markets (USA UK Europe Australia etc.).
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentation skillsin English.
  • Experience withB2B sales lead generation and client relationship management.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience insoftware development digital marketing IT outsourcing or SaaS sales.
  • Existing network of international clients and partners.
  • Experience inLinkedIn outreach cold emailing and enterprise sales.
  • Hands-on experience withCRM tools and tracking tools.
