We are looking for a kind calm and committed Teaching Assistant to support a bright and neurodivergent child in Year 1 (soon to be Year 2) working 1:1 within a warm inclusive and supportive school community.
This role is perfect for someone who is:
Patient and empathetic
Skilled at forming strong trusting relationships
Confident in de-escalating moments of dysregulation with care and consistency
Knowledgeable (or keen to learn!) about a range of Special Educational Needs
A working knowledge of Minecraft Lego and Wheres Wally would be ideal but dont worry were not expecting an expert! A sense of humour curiosity and a willingness to connect through a childs interests is what matters most.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a young learners school experience and sense of belonging. Youll be supported by an experienced team and play a vital role in helping a fantastic child thrive.
