Salary:60000 per annum
Hours:35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamicService Managerto lead a specialist brain injury rehabilitation and complex care service in the Ipswich area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving care quality experience with complex medical needs and confidence working with regulatory bodies to raise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall operational leadership and day-to-day management of the service
  • Drive continuous quality improvement across both units
  • Maintain full regulatory compliance including CQC registration and standards
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team promoting best practice and high performance
  • Oversee recruitment staff development induction and training
  • Manage budgets staffing levels and resource allocation effectively

Candidate Requirements

  • QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years experience managing registered care services
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience supporting individuals with complex medical or neurological needs
  • Full UK Driving Licence
