YOUR MISSION

Join us in transforming the energy trading world and help us tackle the complex legal challenges that come with it. Youll support the legal team in both day-to-day operations and forward-looking projects that shape our platform ensuring regulatory compliance and enabling strategic decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOULL DO

Youre not here to play it safe; youre here to learn fast work smart and build legal systems that scale. You will:

  • Have studied German/European law (Rechtswissenschaften/Wirtschaftsrecht) and ranked at the top of your class
  • Be driven curious and hungry to make an impact in the real world
  • Geek out over business law capital markets and financial regulation
  • Write and speak with precision in German and English
  • Love fast-moving environments and want to help shape the legal backbone of a tech-first company
  • Be structured analytical and thrive on solving complex problems
  • Be MS Office fluent and not afraid to dive into new tools or platforms (yes of course we use AI)

YOUR PROFILE/ WHAT YOULL NEED

You wont be making coffee or doing busywork. You will:

  • Solve first-time-ever legal challenges alongside a sharp ambitious team
  • Get hands-on with the legal and regulatory side of FinTech (KYC BaFin requests audits you name it)
  • Support on real cases while writing your thesis (well help!)
  • Build legal processes from scratch tailored to a scaling startup
  • Work on cutting-edge legal topics (AI Acts DORA GDPR Cybersecurity Digital Markets & Services)
  • Work from our modern Munich HQ or remotely with top-tier Apple hardware and collaboration tools
