You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe CAA Atlantic Roadside Assistance Contact Center is a small and welcoming team. We interact directly with members when they need us the most - when they are having trouble with their vehicle! Flat tires boots battery installations lockouts extrications and tows - these are some of the service calls you can expect to receive in this position. The Contact Center is open 7 days a week 365 days a year with operating hours from 6:00AM to 11:00PM ADT. This position guarantees between 15 - 30 working hours weekly. Preference will be given to candidates whose availability is primarily evenings and weekends. Our team is looking for someone currently enrolled in a Post Secondary program in New Brunswick and located within the great Saint John area. Were seeking someone whose attentive to detail empathetic passionate about helping others savy working across multiple computer applications and above all a team-player.
Answer inbound requests and call back requests for Roadside Assistance.
Dispatch calls to the service provider
Work as part of a shift rotation
Answer general Membership inquiries.
Clerical paperwork
Other duties as required
