As a not-for-profit organisation we believe everyone deserves opportunity inclusion and genuine connection and were looking for a passionate Service Manager to help us bring that vision to life.

Summary:

This position leads the Service Delivery department to deliver quality person-centred customer focused outcomes for people receiving services from Community Lifestyles Agency Inc. Within the parameters of the role the position is responsible for ensuring stakeholder engagement and collaboration across the organisation and the community the management and mentorship of Support Facilitators Team Leaders and Support Staff the planning and monitoring of services and their quality and for ensuring timeliness and compliance with the organisations policies and procedures.

As Service Manager you will be responsible for implementing CLAs strategic vision managing service delivery operations fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. You will work closely with the Executive Team and contribute to shaping the future of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Implement CLAs strategic goals within daily operations and contribute to long-term planning.
  • Operational Management: Oversee service delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes for participants.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support lower-level employees while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and promote CLAs reputation in the community.
  • Compliance & Safety: Lead Workplace Health and Safety initiatives and ensure organisational policies are upheld.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team to drive improvements across CLAs programs

Key Performance Indicators

  • Successful execution of CLAs strategic plan in service delivery.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and high customer retention rates.
  • Effective team leadership and employee satisfaction improvements.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health Human Services or other relevant field.
  • Significant leadership and management experience including supervision of other employees establishing and monitoring work outcomes mentoring and leading employees and managing underperformance.
  • Knowledge and experience of the disability sector and all relevant legislation and NDIS practice standards
  • Significant demonstrated experience in monitoring and managing budgets and risk across service delivery areas.
  • Ability to effectively manage time conflicting deadlines and priorities in a high paced environment.
  • Significant demonstrated experience in administration and use of multiple IT systems including Microsoft 365 Client Management and HR Management systems.
  • Working with Children Check Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current First and CPR Qualifications are required to be obtained prior to commencement and maintained by the employee for the duration of their employment.
