About this Position:
Were looking for a skilled and reliable IT Systems Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations of Wolverine State Credit Unions networks systems and applications. This role partners closely with CU*Answers to support users resolve connectivity issues and maintain the security and efficiency of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Network & System Administration
Maintain daily operations of PC/LAN systems and applications
Diagnose and resolve system and connectivity issues
Monitor network performance backups and security
Add update and delete user information
IT Strategy & Implementation
Evaluate test and implement software and hardware upgrades
Recommend and develop IT policies and long-term solutions
Participate in short- and long-term planning for department needs
Support & Collaboration
Assist employees with system use and troubleshooting
Ensure clear communication of system changes or issues
Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships
Compliance & Reporting
Coordinate IT audit and examination responses
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time
What youll Bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Positive attitude and desire to support others
