What Youll Do:
As a Carpenter Apprentice youll train directly with a Senior Carpenter and gain real-world experience building beautiful custom sunrooms and enclosures. This isnt just a job its a career path designed to take you from apprentice to expert installer.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Soaking up expert knowledge from highly experienced mentors
Assisting with professional installations on active job sites
Learning advanced techniques building codes materials and proven methods for high-quality craftsmanship
Helping in the shop with prep and organization
Interacting with customers and explaining processes when needed
Growing your skills in a supportive hands-on environment
What Were Looking For:
1-2 years of professional construction experience (or equivalent hands-on skills)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
A motivated teachable attitude and a hunger to succeed
Ability to lift 75 lbs climb ladders and work in a physical environment
A valid drivers license with a clean record
A professional appearance and positive work ethic
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
