Oxford College invites applications for a Staff Clinician to join our team at the Center for Counseling and Wellbeing. We are looking for an experienced clinician to serve our students typically highly motivated for therapy presenting with issues ranging from developmentally expected challenges of college life to more significant impairment and distress. We are a small two-year campus that is part of Emory University where our students transition to after their sophomore year. This is a regular 10-month position aligned with the August - May school schedule with vacation as well as health insurance and retirement benefits. Salary is competitive and paid across the 12 months of the year with benefits intact across the entire year

Clinical responsibilities of the position include conducting intake assessments providing short-term counseling services and occasional crisis intervention/triage assessments. We welcome candidates with interests or experience running counseling groups. Position also involves occasional consultation to parents faculty staff or fellow students regarding struggling students. To be seriously considered for this position candidates must show demonstrated experience and skill in delivering culturally informed clinical and outreach services to a diverse student body.
