Job Description
Analyze market trends in civil or mechanical sectors such as construction infrastructure development or machinery manufacturing.
Identify potential clients projects and partnerships in targeted industries.
Evaluate market opportunities for innovative solutions emerging technologies or new materials relevant to civil or mechanical engineering. Approach and build relationships with key stakeholders including contractors developers and industrial clients.
Understand client requirements related to construction mechanical systems or infrastructure projects and propose tailored solutions.
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams. Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals including cost estimates project timelines and scope of work.
Use technical knowledge to present the value of the companys products or services to clients.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements and technical feasibility. Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to civil or mechanical markets.
Identify key decision-makers and establish strategies for gaining a competitive advantage.
Set and achieve sales or project acquisition targets in alignment with company objectives.
NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
