Job Location:

Dehradun Uttarakhand India (On-site)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality patient care as per medical protocols and standards.
  • Conduct clinical examinations and assess patients medical conditions.
  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional standards.
  • Assist in emergency situations and provide first aid as required.
  • Monitor and document patients progress and responses to treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients about their conditions and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to case discussions.
  • Stay updated with current medical practices and hospital protocols.
  • Collaborate in training and mentoring medical interns and junior staff.
  • Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in India.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Competence in performing basic medical procedures.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs.
  • Passion for providing compassionate care to patients.
