Job Description:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our Prime Vertical in Palanpur to manage and grow our Loan Against Property (LAP) and Business Loan (BL) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing of LAP & Business Loans through DSA channels

Managing and onboarding DSAs for consistent lead flow

Coordinating with credit and operations for smooth disbursal

Ensuring compliance and quality of sourced cases

Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP or BL sales

Mandatory experience in DSA handling

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented
