Job Description
About the role:
We are in search of a Live Ops Associate who will be responsible for real-time operational support rider fleet coordination and daily reporting. This role requires individuals with a strong grip on operations quick problem-solving abilities and sound knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live dashboards to ensure seamless order flow and timely execution.
Coordinate in real-time with riders and customers to resolve on-ground issues.
Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and service standards.
Control and manage the rider fleet ensuring shift allocation and availability.
Maintain accurate records of incidents attendance and delivery metrics.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain high service standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Support operations during peak hours campaigns and high-volume periods.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
2 3 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables filters etc.).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in shifts including weekends if required.
