Requirements
Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Good communication skills Italian language skills are a plus
Eager to support us with his/her ideas to improve our efficiency.

Good analytical skills: Excellent sketching skills digital imaging to enhance and manipulate concepts.
Must know: Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) 3D interior design modelling tools
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Interior design
A Master s degree is a plus.
Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion.
Be ready to pick up this project-own it and champion it!
Resourceful & Start-up mentality; ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges.
Agile mindset and can-do attitude.
What you ll be responsible for:
Analyse/elaborate drawings of properties.
Assist the company in improving and optimising the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used.
Help with the implementation of green energies.

Skills Clear and effective communication skills in Italian (B2-C1) and English (B2) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and problem-solving skills Experience or interest in project management and coordinating workflows Ability to assist with architectural, interior design, and engineering tasks is a plus Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools is a plus Qualifications Bachelor s degree (or ongoing studies) in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Project Management (or related fields) Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to take initiative KEY ACCOUNTABILITY Assisting the Architectural Supervisor in managing ongoing projects Communicating with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders Providing administrative support to improve project efficiency Coordinating and organizing project documentation Supporting architectural, engineering, and design-related tasks Researching regulations, materials, and sustainability solutions if needed Preparing reports, presentations, and drawings if needed
