Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Condition Monitoring Advisor with 1 to 4 years of experience to support the maintenance and health monitoring of heavy machinery and equipment. The role involves analyzing equipment data interpreting fault codes preparing actionable reports and advising dealers on optimal solutions. Ideal candidates will possess a mechanical or related engineering background and have strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor asset health using diagnostic tools and software
  • Analyze alerts and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures
  • Collaborate with S O S Interpreters and dealer representatives

  • Utilize condition monitoring data (S O S inspections historical data) to generate insights

  • Prepare detailed written reports with clear recommendations for dealers

  • Maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders

  • Track and support resolution of condition monitoring leads

  • Interpret electronic fault codes from equipment and suggest actionable next steps

Requirements

  • 1 4 years of experience in condition monitoring field service or a related role
  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Automobile Aeronautical Electrical & Electronics Mechatronics or Production/Manufacturing Engineering
  • Basic understanding of heavy machinery operations and components
  • Strong analytical skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and email etiquette
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and interpreting fault codes preferred
  • Experience in construction automotive or manufacturing sectors is a plus
