Position Purpose:The Certification Analyst Supervisor brings data analytical and technology expertise to support strategic data-driven decision-making across the department. This role is responsible for interpreting complex data identifying meaningful trends and translating those findings into actionable insights that improve performance and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities providing context and recommendations that influence positive change.
In addition to data management responsibilities this position oversees the day-to-day workload of assigned staff ensuring that certification customers receive exceptional service. The Supervisor will monitor quality levels enforce adherence to policies and processes and provide direction and support to ensure consistent performance. This position offers leadership and guidance to the team while fostering a customer-centric approach to certification services. As the key liaison between the department IT and outside vendors this position also plays a central role in optimizing data systems and business processes.

Plays a key role in developing and disseminating quality assurance and training documentation ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of processes and systems.
Provides for primary and secondary research and analysis contributing to the planning of sound strategies and the success of department initiatives.
Establishes and maintains systems to track analyze and visualize key metrics identifying performance trends and providing insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Originates and responds to data requests performing in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis across internal datasets to uncover trends gaps and opportunities.
Synthesizes complex data into clear narratives that align with business goals and communicates findings to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
Develops and maintains systems to identify customer behaviors and benchmarks translating data into recommendations that influence departmental and organizational strategy.
Provides expert consultation on data interpretation trend forecasting and metric development to ensure analytical findings are consistently applied across teams and initiatives.
Collaborates with IT and stakeholders to improve data integrity reporting capabilities and business intelligence tools.
Applies advanced Excel skills and/or business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Crystal Reports) to model and visualize data in meaningful ways.
Establishes and maintains effective systems to manage vendor processes and relationships.
Represents department interests on cross-functional teams.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and communicate findings.
Proven expertise in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) benchmarking forecasting and conducting trend and gap analyses to drive measurable improvements in business outcomes.
Experience designing and leading enterprise-level reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI Tableau Crystal Reports or equivalent platforms with a focus on operational efficiency and customer impact.
Skilled in working across departments (IT Finance Operations Customer Service) to align data initiatives with strategic goals ensuring consistent data governance and high-quality decision-making processes.
Demonstrated success in using data to map workflows uncover inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
Stays abreast of emerging tools and analytics methodologies; recommends and integrates cutting-edge approaches to unlock new opportunities and efficiencies.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead motivate and resolve conflicts effectively. Possesses independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a keen attention to detail and strong project management capabilities. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks without close supervision.
Ability to assist in the analysis of business requirements supporting the design development testing and implementation of new or upgraded technology.
Superior computer proficiency in PC network applications for advanced word processing and data analysis including Netforum Microsoft Power BI SSRS report writing and project tracking. Experience with Google products.
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience with financial/sales analysis and tracking preferably in a health care setting.
Minimum 5 years of experience with responsibilities comparable to this position. Minimum of 5 years supervisory and project management experience preferred.
Proven track record of delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions that influence departmental planning and outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in partnering with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-level reporting systems and business intelligence tools.

The role demands strong mental stamina to manage multiple tasks solve problems determine the appropriate course of action when making decisions and interpret and apply both oral and written instructions. Regular communication and interaction across various platforms are essential along with the ability to remain alert focused and responsive throughout the workday.
This position also requires proficiency in processing information communicating across diverse platforms and analyzing data to inform decision-making. The role involves proactive problem-solving and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational objectives achieve measurable results and continuous improvement often with limited direct supervision.

The target pay range for this role is $90932 - $113665
