Job Posting: Outdoor Power Sales Associate

Location: Wellington OH
Position: Outdoor Power Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $14-$16/hr
About Us: Farm and Home Hardware has proudly served our local communities offering high-quality hardware home improvement products and outdoor power equipment. Were looking for a knowledgeable and friendly individual to join our team as an Outdoor Power Sales Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting outdoor power equipment including lawnmowers chainsaws trimmers and generators.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on product features maintenance and safe operation.
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor displays and outdoor equipment areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the sales counter.
- Manage inventory stock shelves and ensure products are clearly priced and labeled.
- Address customer inquiries resolve concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in basic computer skills and able to navigate point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail sales experience particularly with outdoor power equipment preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn product specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
