Job Description

The CNC Machine Operator will be accountable to:
The CNC Machine Operator sets up troubleshoots and operates CNC and non-CNC machines safely to produce quality parts that meet customer requirements in Secondary Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and Non-CNC machine (mills lathes grinder laser etc.) to perform tasks such as drilling grinding and milling.
- Interpret technical drawings blueprints and inspection procedures (IPs).
- Load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document production and inspection results accurately.
- Input accurate information to the ERP system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is a plus. Willing to train the right individuals.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Wage:
- $20.00 - 26.24 dependent on experience
