Job Description
- Manage print and cover specifications scheduling and materials preparation including flyers and order forms.
- Assist customers with page creation portrait flow templates and provide platform training through demos as needed.
- Support the yearbook sales team by generating reports for tracking progress.
- Oversee production tasks including page holds and collaborate on fixes like reprints or repairs to ensure final product quality.
- Coordinate shipping logistics and tracking for yearbook deliveries including scheduling pickups reroutes and managing carrier communications.
- High school diploma
- Computer experience MS Office design software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well both with others and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to handle details accurately
- Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines and to multi-task
- Flexibility and ability to learn and use new processes and technology
- Ability to lift 10 lbs
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- High level of proficiency in Excel.
