Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor at Meadowlark Retirement Village!
Are you passionate about building meaningful connections and making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families At Meadowlark Retirement Village were looking for a compassionate driven and service-oriented Sales Advisor to join our vibrant community. In this key role youll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for prospective residents exploring Independent Living Assisted Living and Memory Care options.
As a Sales Advisor youll support the Sales Department by managing daily administrative responsibilities assisting with the planning of engaging events and delivering exceptional hospitality at every step. Youll play a central role in creating an environment where future residents feel informed supported and excited about the possibilities ahead.

Primary Responsibilities:
Guide individuals through the completion of the admissions packet upon their acceptance into the community
Coordinating site visits and appointments
Conduct engaging tours of the community
Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and in-person visits with professionalism and care
Distribute applications and brochures promptly to individuals expressing interest in the community.
Assist current residents and their families during transitional periods by providing clear information on available residential options.
Receive and process applications disseminate pertinent information and recommend candidates to the appropriate staff for review approval and placement.
Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
Accurately process deposits for new sales and maintain comprehensive financial records for all transactions
