Responsibilities may include:
Manage all aspects of agronomic research planning coordination quality control execution and reporting within the Digital Agriculture Innovations Team
Recruit supervise and mentor full and part-time staff to execute agronomic research programs
Interact regularly with research sponsors and stakeholders to communicate project outcomes
Collaborate with technical partners to align project deliverables
Provide thought leadership to future research programs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively; complete projects within a specified timeline; meet project design criteria; communicate effectively and provide technical leadership to design team members; and ensure a safe working environment for project staff.
Candidate will be hired as a Manager Research & Development Engineering.
This is an initial three-year term position with expectation for renewal based on availability of funding.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
