Job Description
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator) FBD (Fluidized Bed Dryer) Multi Mill and Sifter.
Batch Execution: Execute granulation activities as per BMR and production planning ensuring material flow and process control.
In-Process Checks: Perform checks for granule size moisture content and ensure parameters are within specifications.
Cleaning & Changeover: Perform equipment cleaning area sanitation and changeover as per SOPs to avoid cross-contamination.
Documentation: Accurately maintain BMRs equipment logs cleaning records and related GMP documentation.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to SOPs GMP EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) guidelines while performing operations.
Coordination: Work closely with supervisors QA and maintenance teams for smooth production flow and issue resolution.
