Job Summary:
The CoPilot Solution Specialist will focus on refining and optimizing AI-generated text prompts that are fed into AI chatbots or AI generating platforms to ensure they are accurate engaging and relevant for various applications.
This role provides consultancy to Business teams and End Users to improve the prompt generation process and overall AI system performance.
- Maintains Enterprise Copilot Studio incorporating Agents developed by various Business groups that bring benefits to the broader Enterprise.
- Stays current with Microsoft Copilot roadmap and other 3rd party Vendors and recommend fit for Enterprise.
- Design and refine prompts for productivity collaboration and automation..
- Provide support to end users to optimize self-developed Copilot agents
- Drafts refines and tests text prompts for various applications to ensure they are yielding the outcomes desired by the company
- Conducts research and experimentation to improve existing models
- Drafts and distributes reports on prompt performance and development progress
- Conducts prompt analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of system failures
- Develops and implements GPT prompts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
- Conduct workshops and demos to showcase Copilot capabilities.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track usage metrics user feedback and ROI of Copilot deployments.
- Continuously improve AI agent performance and user experience.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of specific CoPilot platform(s) (e.g. Microsoft 365 CoPilot GitHub CoPilot CoPilot Studio).
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is vital including SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps).
-Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using tools relevant to the CoPilot ecosystem (e.g. Power Automate).
- Understanding of security best practices and how to implement and manage CoPilot solutions in a secure and compliant manner within an organizations governance framework.
- Skill in crafting effective prompts to guide CoPilot tools and achieve desired outputs.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Microsoft Graph and enterprise integration patterns

Experience and Qualifications
- ITIL PMP or Agile certifications.
- Certifications related to Power Platform or specific CoPilot products.
