Per Diem opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Neonatologist at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington FL!!
Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diem coverage at Wellington Regional Medical Center.
Your Role at a Glance
- Staffing Model:
- 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
- 2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day
- 1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours
- Responsibilities:
- Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
About Wellington Regional Medical Center
WRMCis a233-bed acute care hospitalserving western Palm Beach County. It offers advanced neonatal intensive care through a25-bed Level III NICU with a focus on:
- Evidence-based protocols
- Neonatologist-attended high-risk deliveries
- Specialized care for 2330 week premature infants
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
- Active FL license or IMLC required
