Job Opportunity: Sales and Collections Specialist with Giles and Harper LLC in Cincinnati OH
Location:Anderson Township OH (In-office)
Pay:Up to $30/hour based on experience monthly bonus

Your Role:
- Successfully collect certified delinquent taxes and debts owed to state government agencies including college debt.
- Negotiate and structure payments with debtors.
- Maintain a high degree of customer contact through inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade debtors to resolve their tax issues emphasizing the benefits of timely payments and the consequences of non-payment.
What We Need:
- Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday 8a-5pm.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience or Collections experience particularly in roles requiring persuasion and negotiation.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft products such as Excel and Word.
