Location: Barcelona office - Spain

The Team

You will be part of the Corporate Department based in our Barcelona office and reporting to the Team Leader of the Corporate team in Madrid. You will be responsible for preparing documentation for clients attending notary appointments and supporting the overall client experience. As a client-focused team we are committed to delivering seamless and high-quality service at every step of the process.

Tasks

  • Supporting corporate lawyers in company formation governance and compliance matters
  • Managing and organising legal documentation related to corporate transactions
  • Coordinating with notaries registries and governmental authorities for company filings and document submissions
  • Handling client communication and acting as a liaison between lawyers and clients for administrative matters
  • Schedule meetings manage calendars and coordinate appointments with Consulates Embassies Banks Notaries and more
  • Handle document notarisation apostille and legalisation processes
  • Draft standard legal correspondence and respond to client inquiries
  • Handle client correspondence received at our office

You have:

  • 1 year of previous experience in an administrative legal role.
  • A collaborative flexible and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Lets get the job done!
  • Passion energy and commitment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2). French is a plus!
  • Excited about and curiosity for digital tools process automation and innovation.
  • A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands.
  • A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business
  • You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions
  • You are motivated and driven. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without waiting to be asked
