Job Description
Desserts Etc in Hershey PA is looking for requires a self-motivated individual who can help orchestrate the smooth operation of our baking facility. Our ideal candidate is attentive hard-working and organized.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes glassware flatware pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Assist with bakery food prep work as needed.
- Maintains trash and recycling bins throughout and at the end of each shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills performing work accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a working in environment with time constraints.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Common sense and a superb work ethic
- Ability to do repetitive work proficiently and quickly
- Problem-solving skills
- Friendly and happy
- High energy level with the ability to work calmly under high pressure
- Flexibility
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of day weekend shifts and holidays; along with flexibility of role-wise to accommodate business levels.
