The Team.
At Marsh our teams are integral in helping clients manage and reduce risks in real-world scenarios like medical pandemics music festival liabilities and financial scandals. As part of our team youll collaborate with clients to assess risks build relationships with insurance companies and secure competitive insurance quotes using your negotiation skills. By doing this youll make a significant impact in helping our clients minimize their overall risk costs in todays world.
Your Role.
Youll be aligned to the Multinational practice and work hands-on on an account team to make an impact.
The Multinational team offers guidance on overseas risks manages global insurance programs ensures compliance with international regulations and collaborates with brokers worldwide to protect clients
global operations.
As an Associate Broker working within our Multinational practice:
Youll be a product specialist with technical knowledge of risks and insurance coverage products handling interactions with insurance markets and clients.
We will count on you to:
Partnering with Account Executives and Brokers to create innovative strategies and marketing plans for renewing current business and attracting new opportunities.
Evaluating insurance quotes and comparing coverage offerings for our clients
Negotiating terms and coverages with underwriters
Creating and expanding benchmarking reports
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and global insurance markets
Preparing presentations for client and or prospect/meetings
Developing and presenting internal and external renewal strategy documents
Working closely with senior colleagues on high-level projects
Building a network of colleagues at all levels of the organization
Collaborating with peer and/or senior-level mentor
What you need to have:
Ability to work in teams and cultivate relationships
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Flexibility and strong attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school work and/or community
Your profile:
Current Seniors with an expected graduation date between December 2024 to June 2025
Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
All majors considered
Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future in other words you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card holder at the time of application
