What to expect
Asset Management: You will further develop our hardware strategy select suitable devices and suppliers and be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our IT hardware - from ordering and inventory to handover to new employees
Office Infrastructure: You independently manage our IT infrastructure and ensure stable networks systems and devices - with a focus on our Unifi environment
Productivity: Your responsibilities include managing important IT tools such as Google Workspace and Notion developing their use and training employees to use them effectively
Device Management & Security: You introduce a modern Cloud Active Directory and MDM solution and ensure the security and scalability of our IT
User Support: You provide vital support to our teams by helping to resolve IT issues and making sure that our systems are used smoothly and efficiently every day
Inspire us by
You have initial experience in IT management or in a comparable position ideally in a company with around 250 employees
You have a sharp analytical mind and recognise challenges quickly working in a structured and goal-oriented manner to find long-term solutions
You are confident in dealing with Unifi networks Cloud Active Directory and Mobile Device Management (MDM) services
Your communication skills and your talent for conveying complex IT topics in an understandable and comprehensible way are particular strengths of yours
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English which helps you to communicate professionally with a range of stakeholders
