Playtech Managed Services is looking for a detail-oriented BI Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Analyze customer behavior betting patterns and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with CS Fraud Product Technology Clients and 3rd party suppliers to ensure alignment on business objectives and project goals.
- Prepare and present reports to executive management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- have analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- are familiar with business intelligence software and tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Microsoft Office).
- possess excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
- manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the betting industry is a plus.
- are fluent in written and spoken English.
