Job Description
Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand Surgery to join our dynamic and growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collegial faith-based academic environment with a strong emphasis on teaching and mentorship.
Position Highlights:
- Join a busy high-volume practice with 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants
- Be actively involved in training 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows
- Engage in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient care research and education
- Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs

Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Total Annual Compensation:$450000- $550000
The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank is expected to be $405000 - $495000. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
