Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead the daily operations of a 24/7 close custody youth offender facility. This key leadership role is responsible for managing staff overseeing treatment and rehabilitation programs and ensuring the safety security and accountability of the facility as well as the youth in our care. The Program Director also supports strategic planning serves as Acting Superintendent when needed and fosters a respectful inclusive work environment grounded in equity and cultural competency.

Top Three Job Responsibilities:
Serves as a key member of the facility-wide management team.
Leads and directs living unit and program operations.
Ensures policies programs and operations are effectively organized and aligned as part of the administration team.

Minimum Qualifications:
Five years of lead work supervision or progressively related experience; OR two years of related experience and a Bachelors degree in a related field.

The salary range listed is the non-PERS participating rate. If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible the salary range will increase by 6%. Please review the Classification and Compensation page for more details.
This position receives annual increases on anniversary date until the maximum of the salary range is reached.
