Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 5 PM (40 Hours) 3-6 Month Assignment
What Youll Do
Summary/Objective:
This role sits at the intersection of security technology and business ensuring our digital products are secure by design while delivering seamless user experiences. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering security compliance and UX to develop innovative solutions that enhance the security of our member-base without compromising usability.
Essential Functions:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for security-focused features ensuring alignment with business objectives and security best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering security and compliance teams to integrate security controls into digital products balancing risk mitigation with user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand security challenges identify risks and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
- Translate security requirements into clear product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate with marketing customer support and sales teams to ensure security features are effectively communicated and adopted by users.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
What Youll Need
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital product management preferably in fraud prevention digital banking and/or analytics
- Basic understanding of security and fraud prevention principles
- Experience working with engineering teams to build security features such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) device fingerprinting or risk-based modeling.
- Ability to analyze security risks and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Experience in financial services healthcare or other regulated industries with strict security requirements.
- Knowledge of threat modeling security testing and incident response processes.
- Background in software engineering cybersecurity or IT security is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills writing skills organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
