What you will do:As a DORWAY Training Coordinator you will lead efforts to develop DORWAY the SCDORs integrated tax portal testing and training materials. You also help provide agency consultation involving testing training and basic security profiles for the DORWAY system.
Primary job duties include:
- Coordinating and leading efforts to develop DORWAY testing and training sessions and materials for SQRs and Projects
- Conducting test scenario assignment reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Conducting training sessions and reviews with SMEs
- Working alongside management to perform needs assessment to identify testing and training groups
- Completing DORWAY security requests and administering end-user change requests
- Coordinating monitoring and prioritizing production support tickets and end-user questions
- Assisting with SCDOR internal and external training efforts related to DORWAY and MyDORWAY
- Partnering with other divisions to share new materials and related information with other SCDOR divisions and external customers
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- A bachelors degree and relevant program experience.
- Relevant experience or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources (DSHR).
Additional Requirements:
- In an event of a system emergency 24 hour on-call assistance may be required
- On occasion overnight travel may be required
Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning.

- Training: DORWAY Training Coordinators will participate in a training program to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to successfully perform their job.
- Hours: Flexible hours may be available from 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week).
- Telework schedule: This position may be eligible to work remotely up to two days per week.
