- 35 years of experience in Learning & Development corporate training or talent development ideally in a regional or multinational context.
- Proven experience in organizing and facilitating training programs formanagement roles technical teams or sales populations.
- Strong project andprogram management skills able to independently manage multiple learning initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation andpresentation skills engaging delivery using various tools and techniques.
- Experience inco-creating content or workshops alongside SMEs or business leaders.
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills in both English and Romanian.
- Strong writing skills for documentation internal promotion of learning initiatives and training summaries.
- Creative thinking and ability to adapt training delivery to fit different audiences and business needs.

- Analytical mindset able to track learning effectiveness and identify trends from feedback or completion data.
Required Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint Excel Outlook SharePoint).
- Ability to create visually appealing and professional training presentations.
- Comfortable delivering sessions using Microsoft Teams and supporting tools.
- Experience with interactive tools such as Slido Mentimeter Canva Forms Polls etc.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or LinkedIn Learning is a plus.
