Job Description
- Design and implement scalable resilient and cost-effective cloud (public and private) solutions.
- Lead the architecture of highly available systems incorporating fault tolerance and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning configuration and deployment using advanced scripting and IaC techniques.
- Optimize and enhance CI/CD pipelines for maximum efficiency reliability and performance implementing advanced deployment strategies.
- Lead performance engineering initiatives conducting in-depth analysis and tuning of applications and systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for cloud cost management and optimization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Evaluate and champion emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve our infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing complex cloud environments in at least one of GCP AWS.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and managing hybrid cloud environments including private cloud infrastructure.
- Expert-level scripting skills in one or more of the following: Python Go Bash.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes Helm and Docker including designing and optimizing clusters for production workloads.
- Mastery of Git and extensive experience in designing optimizing and managing complex CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with monitoring logging and observability stacks (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack).
- Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Demonstrated ability in performance engineering analysis and optimization of production systems.
- Proven experience in leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrable ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A strong Agile mindset and experience working in agile environments.
