About the Role
An amazing opportunity has arisen for aWorkday Configuration/Vendor Technology Senior Specialist. This role is responsible for assisting with the support of both Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Talent Management of our Companys technology solutions with a focus on Global Talent Acquisition vendors.
In this position you will work closely with Process and Solutions leads within HR Technology as well as the Global Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Operations Teams. You will support assess and manage new demand for business requests identifying and recommending alternative solutions related to these functional areas. This will entail heavy configuration of the Workday application and the supporting vendor systems (e.g. Phenom People and Ajinga).
You will operate in a complex and matrixed environment applying your HR functional and technical expertise to drive performance. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR team member with project or operational team experience working globally.
