IT Intern Support (Fixed-term Greece-Based)

As an IT Intern Support youll gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining IT systems while learning from seasoned professionals in a dynamic collaborative environment. This internship is your gateway to understanding how technology empowers businessand how your skills can make a real difference. This is a 6-month fixed-term internship based in Greecewith a real opportunity to grow and stay on with the company beyond the internship.
What Youll Learn & Do
- Assist with configuring installing and maintaining hardware and software systems across the organization.
- Support the security and integrity of operating systems through proactive monitoring and updates.
- Help implement and test backup solutions to ensure smooth system recovery processes.
- Provide support for a range of technologies including workstations servers printers and mobile devices.
What Youll Contribute
- Investigate user-reported issues recreate scenarios and recommend smart fixes.
- Escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff and communicate effectively across teams.
- Follow established IT procedures and contribute to improved user support processes.
- Offer creative suggestions for improving workflows and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Support training efforts for employees by helping document and share tech knowledge.
- Learn alongside experienced Service Desk staff and grow your troubleshooting skills.
- Maintain working knowledge of internal systems tools and standard support processes.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma (required)
- Enrolled in or recently completed 12 years of higher education in Information Technology
- Enthusiasm for learning strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to occasionally support outside regular working hours as permitted under Greek labor law
