The Role & The Team
You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Customer & External Relations business group responsible for leading engagement with all sectors of the aviation industry to enhance outcomes for customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading engagement with customers and industry stakeholders to solve complex problems build trust and demonstrate value. You will deliver actionable insights to inform decision making and play a key role in fostering collaboration to support Airservices service improvement reputation and financial sustainability.
