Job Description
WHATS THE JOB
We are hiring a Tim Hortons - Team Lead to work at our Tim Hortons located at the University of PEI. With no Drive-Through we operate Monday-Friday; no evenings or weekends! This role will provide an exceptional experience going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and fun working environment for our staff.
As a Team Lead you will delight our clients by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards of Tim Hortons.
- Planning and scheduling staff ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs
- Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills
- Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
- Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process
- Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement
Qualifications :
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience working in a Tim Hortons or another fast pace food service establishment
- 2 years Supervision experience
- Able to communicate well in written and verbal English
- Experience as a cashier an asset
