An opportunity has become available for a dynamic and passionate Work Health & Safety Advisor. The position is full-time however we would welcome interest from part-time applicants to ensure we attract the right person for this integral position.
Reporting directly to the Manager People and Culture the Work Health and Safety Advisor is responsible for championing a safety culture and supporting leaders and employees to understand implement and embed safe practices of work; and to ensure all activities and processes consistent with SensesWA requirements are conducted in accordance with policy frameworks and legislation. This will be achieved through the provision of coaching training guidance development of programs effective communication and timely reporting in all areas of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS).
